Shipping All shoes are shipped within 5 business days of cleared payment. They are all shipped in box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and inside another box. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. EMS is used for international orders. Returns All returns are welcome for 5 days from the date you receive your purchase. Should, for some reason, you need to return any merchandise it can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price minus a $25 restocking fee. Shipping is at your own expense. If you are returning them due to a mistake on our part we will pay all cost including shipping. Exchanges Exchanges of equal or lesser value can be made within 10 days of having received the item. There will be no money refunded when an exchange of a product for one of a lesser value takes place. Refunds and Exchanges are not honored until the item being returned is in our possession. NO EXCEPTIONS! All returns and exchanges must be in COMPLETELY NEW CONDITION (to be determined by us) including every aspect of the item i.e. tags, packaging, seals, stuffing paper. If we feel a returned product is not in perfect condition you will be notified. |
